Born and brought up in Tehsil Kotkhai of District Shimla, did LLB from H.P University Shimla in 1995. Joined as Sub-judge cum Judicial Magistrate on 03.06.1999 at Hamirpur. Also remained posted as Sub-Judge cum-Judicial Magistrate 1st class at Chopal and Paonta Sahib. Was promoted as Civil Judge Sr. Division in 2007 at Jogindernagar and also worked in the aforesaid capacity at Kangra (Court No.1). Thereafter, worked as Civil Judge Sr. Division cum Chief Judicial Magistrate, for Sirmaur and Solan Districts. Thereafter, worked as Deputy Director, H.P Judicial Academy, Shimla. On promotion as Additional District & Sessions Judge, was posted as Joint Director H.P Judicial Academy, Shimla. Thereafter, worked as Additional District & Sessions Judge, Sirmaur, Mandi, Sundernagar and Nalagarh. On placement as District & Sessions Judge, was appointed and posted as Chairman HP State Waqf Tribunal, Dharamshala in September 2021. Thereafter, worked as Presiding Officer Labour Court-cum-Industrial Tribunal Dharamshala. Remained posted as District & Sessions Judge, Sirmaur w.e.f. 25 August 2023 to 1^st April, 2025.

Joined as Director, HP Judicial Academy on 4^th April, 2025 forenoon.

Born on 26th February 1981. Hails from Village Lahon, P.O. Sari Molag, Tehsil Jaisinghpur, Distt. Kangra, Himachal Pradesh. Now settled in Panchkula, Haryana. Passed Matriculation in the year 1996 from G.M.S.S. School, Sector 16, Chandigarh. Received higher secondary education from DAV College, Chandigarh. Graduated in Management (BBA) from GCM, Sector- 11 Chandigarh. Did LLB in the year 2004 and LLM in the year 2007 from Panjab University, Chandigarh. Practiced law in the Hon’ble High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh and District Courts, Panchkula. Joined Himachal Pradesh Judicial Services as Civil Judge (Jr. Divn) in the year 2010. Served as Civil Judge (Jr. Divn)-cum-JMFC at Mandi, Chamba and Baijnath from 2010 to 2015. Remained posted as Mobile Traffic Magistrate, Kangra and Una, at Dharamshala from January, 2016 to April, 2016. Promoted as Sr. Civil Judge in May, 2016. Remained posted as Sr. Civil Judge-cum-ACJM, Court No. II, Shimla and then at Court No. 1, Mandi till 01.08.2021. Joined as Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Kullu on 02.08.2021. Remained posted as Sr. Civil Judge-cum-ACJM, Court No. I, Paonta Sahib, District Sirmaur, HP w.e.f. 06.04.2023 to 16.04.2024. Thereafter, joined as Senior Civil Judge-cum-CJM, Kinnaur at Reckong Peo, under Kinnaur Civil and Sessions Division on 20.04.2024 & remained posted as such till 14.05.2025.

Presently, posted as Deputy Director, Himachal Pradesh Judicial Academy, Shimla since 15^th May, 2025.
